Nobody speaks the Queens English anymore. The substitution of 'rims' for 'wheels' is NOT the same as someone who supposedly graduated from 4th grade grammar confusing "your" and "you're." Do people get their panties in a bunch if someone calls an engine a 'motor'? That is an example of regional dialect preference, not one of intelligence, or as you apparently believe--based on that borderline offensive first pic--the assimilation of urban slang into accepted American spoken language.
